Summary of Responsibilities:
Manages all Monument Health inventories on a daily basis. promotes patient and staff satisfaction by supporting the requirements for supplies and equipment in all areas. Functions Essential to the Job Description:
1. Ensures that departmental supplies are ordered accurately and promptly, as evidenced by documentation.
2. Satisfies stock demands, Detail Requests and routine pick records as gotten consistently.
3. Liable for sorting out and keeping a perfect workplace in the SPD region.
4. Inventories and restocks Broselow and Code carts as soon as they are used.
5. Keys patient charges in the Client Server MM module's "Patient Issue Routine" to guarantee that correct transactions are sent to b/ar within 72 hours of a patient's discharge.
6. Communicates with all departments on a daily basis to ensure that supplies and equipment are in sufficient supply.
7. Performs cycle counts day to day, week after week and quarterly to guarantee and keep a precise stock. checks for outdates and rotates stock to reflect a FIFO inventory is performed.
8. Daily uses an inventory work sheet, a barcode scanner, and automated supply stations to replenish inventory. ensures that accurate inventory transactions are recorded by entering the appropriate data into computerized systems.

10. Answers pressing or potentially subsidiary solicitations in a convenient and productive way while easing stock and discounting the proper records.

Additional Requirements
Required:
Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent in General Studies

Experience - 1+ years of Inventory Management Experience.
